What's that coming up off a pill, is it your mother?

I am dressed So well dressed right now it's not even funny.

In three different shades of green.

I think I'll write in this colour for now :)
So yeah, if you actually saw how well dressed I am right now you would shed a single tear of wanting, oh yes you would ^^

Anywho, yes I'm off to a little party for the eighteenth birthday of one Adele Cornwall:

The theme? MAD HATTERS!

I'm gonna write in green for a bit to match my current clothing :)
But anyway, yes so aside from this promising little party things are looking quite fun in general. Last weekend was, to quote a friend of mine, a bit of a sort-out. What few creases dared to ruin the perfection that was my life have been quite neatly ironed out by the last weekend's conversations, even though it did leave me lying unglamarously hungover on my sofa in my boxers with a storming headache moaning softly to myself and unable to do anything bar playing Star Wars games in desperation.

I felt kinda dirty afterwards.

Still, weekend was good as has been this one so far :)

I've not seen too much of quite a few people lately... this must be remidied, you know who you are people -.-

Anyway, I'm off :)

Love you lotsly and lotsly ^^

(There's something rather Molly about all these colour changes... Oh well, there are worse things to be than Molly Blossom ^^)

LOVE AND LOVE AND LOVE AND LOVE!

Rediscovered....

Jonathon Coulton, Flight of the Conchords...

In fact, humor music in general :D

Makes me happy ^^

Also, check out this weird ass super scatty band:

Now, this is the bit that amuses me. The bit where they get beaten up by the old stylee robot? Someone has commented:

i just learned the absolute truth watching from 2:42 to 3:34 on DXM.

I want some feckin' DXM if it allows you to consider robot beatings "The absolute truth"!

Anyway, the weekend is drawing ever closer :D

(Obviously, due to the linera progression of time...)

SO THAT'LL BE A BIT OF A LAUGH :D

LOVE!

HUGS!

DOVES!

If you're one of my friends, you're probably perfect...

That's not me saying that I attract perfect friends or anything... Just... well, you all seem to be.

Do I make sense?

LOVE YA!

Last Weekend:

This Weekend?

Bring on the motherhugging fireworks, man!
We're gonna go mad, college is out and the jobs are done, we've got our friends, we've got our sounds, we've got our own fuckin' ticket to paradise and we're gonna sail on the astral clouds and scream the lyrics to 'Tubthumping' all the way to the pearly gates of the New Age!
Summer's up, baby, and we're young. We're calling the shots, we're dealing the cards. We're everything we shouldn't be and our heathen gods love us for it!

Drop out, tune in and just admit it...
LIFE'S GOOD!

The next generation's idea of paradise is ready, baby.
Hey, I'll see you there:

Love you to SMIVEREENS!

I mean it.

Music has Invaded my life

Don't worry, I really don't expect you to listen to all of these. Just my little suggestions for a good life :D

Well firstly, let's start with the Eels. They have three main styles... Beautiful:

Awesomely cheerful:

And just plain awesome:

Also, Jess and Des together managed to get me to get over my inherent distrust of all music I didn't personally discover and managed to get me into the Postal Service :D

Okay, nearly done, promise :D
Then I'll blog properly.
Just for you, hmmkay? :)
Okay :)
Well, I definitely don't expect you to listen to this last one; it's kinda not too pleasant. It's a kind of a bastard, hybrid, horrible, mutant amalgamation of metal and rave...

It's called Breakcore...
I shouldn't like it...
I do :)
Shup :P

OKAY!

Now that that's all done, how are you my lovelies? Are you all good :D I hope so.
Because I like to think that most people are happy in the world ^^ Much nicer that way, eh? You know that horrible breakcore I just gave you (And I kinda hope you didn't listen to) is still playing in my ears ^^
And done :D Back onto Eels.

My music taste is fucked.

And I looked up at the sky last night
And I thought I saw a bomb
And why wont you just tell me whats going on?

--------

Life is funny
But not ha ha funny
Peculiar I guess
You think I got it going my way
Then why am I such a fuckin mess?

Aaah, how I love my music. :)

Right :) Love you all ^^

I'm gonna run now, have all my cuddles and puddles :D

For Those of you who Don't Know

I am a ridiculous fan of Radiohead. I actually love them a very great deal.

Got that? Good :D

Now that this is established, behold:

This is the Radiohead rarities collection know as Towering Above the Rest. The fact that I have lived so far in ignorance is a testament to the fact that there is no justice in the world, but that is a moot point. The fact is I know about it now.

Twenty. Four. CDs. Of Radiohead.

I expect to have heard about a CD of this material.
I expect to have heard of at best another CD of material.

Leaving twenty two albums a mystery. A great, delicious Radiohead-produced mystery.

I got so excited that I gave myself a headache. I think I broke something :D

Anyway, was my sisters birthday the other day. Just for the record she is great, despite everything :D I even wrote her a haiku on her birthday present:

Do you know who's great?
My angry, crazy sister.
Just don't tell her that.

She took it in good humour, surprisingly.
Possibly because she was drunk:

And she also invited along a couple of bands to play for her 16th. Chiefly the Red Fishes and National Snack. In fact entirely the Red Fishes and National Snack. There wasn't anyone else. Anywho, both bands spent the weekend at my fathers with myself. It was a good laugh, they were well cool, bruv. Yeah.

Much merriment was had, and whilst Alex persisted in being away having fun and drugs (bastard) I equally persisted in getting wrecked and dressing in a mask, so we're mayhap a little even. Anywho, he doesn't check for scorpions under his pillow. I told him not to.

Is all good.

Anywho, following the bands it was Jack in the Green, so really it was just an awesome weekend.

Also, Jessmess got... WANKERED.

(I considered how to put it diplomatically, but seriously, how do you?)

I expect I shall pay dearly for that one, but ah well :D Many laughs were had, many memories were shared. A childhood friend showed his face after a long time, Ross, Isaac slutted it up and Jacob, Jess, Merlin and I dressed FABULOUSLY.

(Jess was a gold pirate. Merlin was... something. Me and Jacob were... other things)

Anywho, must be off :D

My love to all, and to all... some more love.
Toodles :D:D:D

Bah bah, Lovies, Bah bah.

Kisses, the Kie xxx

(Remember, it's all great; you're alive and that's beautiful baby ^^)

Extery II

As promised, some free writing :)

Sitting cross legged, frozen locks of dread hair, dead stare, don't dare. Cut down all the vines and chains and locks and open every door, every window, let every beam through to fall, roll off the walls like fire gold and warming. Old bones dance on young floors, beds of grass and dew watered with tears of mirth and other things, something else besides what I've got to say in the desert where the sand doesn't quite touch the tips, wet the floor with precipitation, anticipation, eradication of an old ideal outmoded, outdated, outmanned, outgunned, outfunned. Write a new bible, a new code of laws, a new library for everyone to take their time in, lose their sighs in, get some rhymes in and breathe out every single sylabble which ever needed to crawl onto paper and lie still enough for the decades to pin it in place for future eyes to dance over. Like wheeling stars. Like growing vines. Like hands wringing, or like mine in yours. Like a struggle or an embrace. Maybe both. Maybe I want this now, maybe I want it later and maybe I haven't made up my mind as much as I think I have. Scribble out the last page and tear out the thoughts that made up the page; this is a new day, our day. Open your eyes so the sun will shine, smile so the wind will blow and know that nothing since or before will ever be strong enough to press down on this heaven we've made.
In the shade.

Jess Isn't a Loser if I'm Blogging Too ^^

Well, I kinda failed to blog for a bit because I have about as much sense of commitment as a ham sandwich.

I want a sandwich now.

Anywho, Jessmess was being so amazing and lovely and shizz that I was like "Yeah man, let's blog this bitch up!" So now I'm writing again. Now is possibly not the ideal blogging hour, one in the morning the day after easter after slipping in and out of sobriety like... well, let's leave that analogy to the imagination. Most things that can follow sucessfully on from that are somewhat dubious in nature.

So yeah, what have I been doing with myself lately..?

Well, not much special to be honest. The children have recieved a lot of attention lately, as they should :D But I've also been getting on with a lot of old friends who had somewhat faded over time, which is nice :) (For instance me and an ol' friend/enemy called Natasha just invented the wander-wank... for those calm nights when you've got nothing else to do ^^) I like remembering why you got on with people so well in the first place. I also discovered that I really love cherry blossom trees in particular and flowers in general. I've always known I liked them, but now I understand just how much I like them.

The nicest mental image ever: A cherry blossom forest.

"And it'll be like a pink rain... in slow motion."

Incidentally, I've lately got into a couple of new bands :)
MGMT - dunno if you've heard of these guys, but this song is awesome, and the video rocks my socks :D

Check out the girl, ain't she just the smiliest person you ever met?
You know, this blog is rapidly becoming kind of oriented to one particular person, so to veer away sharply from awesome stuff Jess has shown me, check out these two songs:

That was Divine Comedy's Gin Soaked Boy.
Love it :D

That's Not Really Funny by the Eels, again a fucking amazing song :D

Right, well that'll do me, methinks. Except to say I'm gonna play a gig for my eighteenth in July and it's gonna be epic.

Bah bah, lovies, you're all amazing and so's ya FACE!

Sandwich ^^
